Box 225, Belchertown, MA  01007                  Business hours:  Monday through Fridays: 8-9 AM & 4-6 PM, Saturdays: 9-11 AM, Sundays: 4:30-6 PM, other times by appointment only, at discretion of owner. In the summer we are also open 4-5 pm, as many rentals are Saturday to Saturday, and families want their fur babies home as soon as possible.    Hours may be different on holidays.  Also, please note, that at high volume times, such as holidays, school vacations, or during the summer, we request that you cancel at least 2 days prior, or a cancellation fee may be required.

We accept cash and checks at pick up; we do not accept debit or credit cards.

Please note that as of December 19, 2024, per Mass General Law’s “Ollie’s Law”, all boarding kennnels and training kennels shall maintain records of each dog’s license paperwork. Also, shot records from their veterianarian proving each onse is up to date on rabies, including the owner’s full name and address. this paperwork must be available for inspection by the Animal Control Officer or any other authorized person. Please bring a copy of the license paperwork from your Town Clerk and the vaccination record from your dog’s veterinarian when you bring your dog(s) to be boarded. Thank you!
